Find and replace specific characters in Word headings -

i have huge size word document (32mb). want find , replace following characters (say space or nothing, remove them) in headings (h1 h9 or every heading level being used) , not anywhere else: ,-_;~%&*()?/.

can help? want using macro. know manual way using find dialog cumbersome because of huge size of document. thank help.
