php - Apache high cpu usage post request -

i have apache processes overloading cpu. i'm attaching image of apache server status mod on can see process causing problem post request. enter image description here

this post request made jquery xhr-post-request have exit such request somehow? or how can make not overload cpu. oh, , forgot mention post request image uploads. in dp.php there image processing. move_uploaded_file(); , extension checking etc. update1: problem problems
