MongoDB cloning (db.copyDatabase), clone only half of database -
i have database have 4 gb data , when try dump mongodump dump 1,93 gb. , when try clone db.copydatabase()
copy same amount of data mongodump.
is there limit in mongodb?

the data's there; mongodb allocates space on time wouldn't included in copy. check doc counts in collections verify.
